For freelancers and small studios

Start from what the client already sent you.

The questionnaire came back. The Drive folder has forty images. The “About” section is a voice memo. ClientReady turns all of it into a page-by-page content pack: their words beside your draft, their images assigned to sections, and the facts only they can confirm flagged in plain language.

If what you need is a request for a conversation rather than a signup, same form — say so in the email and we will reply.

“What's worked for me: I send clients a simple questionnaire before starting (about me, services, FAQs, testimonials). Most can answer those in their own words. Then I rewrite it into proper web copy.”

A designer on r/web_design, February 2026.

The rewrite is still yours. The sorting isn't.

What the client sends

  • Questionnaire answers in their own words, some three paragraphs, some three words.
  • A folder of photos and an old brochure PDF.
  • A note: “use whatever you think is best.”

What you open

  • Each answer placed under the page and section it belongs to, with your draft copy beside the client's original. Nothing of theirs is overwritten.
  • Photos attached to the sections they support; the brochure's usable facts pulled out and sourced.
  • A short list for the client: “Confirm the opening hours. Which of these two photos for the homepage? Is the 2024 pricing still current?”

How it works

The client never has to register for anything

Set the page list

Home, Services, About, Contact, or whatever you scoped. Reuse your own page templates across clients.

Drop in their material

Paste the questionnaire, upload the folder, link the doc. Every item gets a proposed section and keeps a reference to where it came from.

Export the pack

Section text, assigned assets, source references and open questions, organized by page. Paste it into your CMS or your build notes and get to work.

What it is not

It is not another intake form your client has to fill in. One freelancer told us collection tools “just seemed to add time” because the client's problem was time, not technology. We believe that. ClientReady works on what has already arrived; it does not nag.

It also won't write generic copy about “elevating” anything. The output stays in the client's terms and yours.
